Awarding Those Who Serve

award

Each year the US Swim School Association presents several awards to honor significant contributors to our organization and the learn-to-swim industry, as a well as, celebrate the evolving efforts of our member schools. Our annual awards: Ed McHale Instructor of the Year, Guiding Light, Humanitarian, Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, and the Rising Star Award are presented to those who have influenced their communities, the Association, and the aquatic industry as a whole.

This year, the USSSA also introduced a special recognition to celebrate the exceptional individuals who truly embody our core values and go above and beyond in their roles. Our organization is founded on four key values: Building and Strengthening Relationships, Lifelong Learning, Professionalism, and Safety First and Always. These principles are at the heart of everything we do. During the National Conference, we were proud to honor those nominated by their peers for exemplifying these values in each category.
