The hotel booking system allows one room to be reserved per transaction. If you would like to book additional rooms,

The hotel is sold out for the nights of October 22 and 23 following the conference.
All other conference room block dates remain available for reservation. If extending your stay beyond October 21, please plan accordingly for alternate accommodations.

USSSA Group Rate (per room, per night)
$249 (Single/Double) • $269 (Triple) • $289 (Quad) + taxes & fees
A discounted resort fee of $25 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local taxes, will be charged in addition to the room rate.
Daily resort fee includes: guest room high speed wireless internet, shuttle to/from Disney World Theme Parks, two 16 oz Starbucks coffees daily, two 16.9 oz bottle water daily, $5 discount on one attraction ticket sold at the concierge desk (coupons cannot be combined).
Individual Meeting Space WiFi available for purchase: $35++ per day for 5mbps of shared bandwidth | $23++ per day for 3mbps of shared bandwidth.
