No. Wi-Fi is not included in the conference meeting space. If needed, attendees may purchase Wi-Fi directly through the venue:
- 5 Mbps shared bandwidth: $35++ per day
- 3 Mbps shared bandwidth: $23++ per day

All attendees will receive a name badge at check-in. Please wear your badge at all times while in the workshop spaces. Your badge helps our team quickly identify Conference participants and supports overall security. If you misplace your badge, visit the registration desk for a replacement.
At the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area (1751 Hotel Plaza Blvd), overnight self parking is $38/night and valet parking is $48/night. For Disney Springs visits, you do not need to drive or pay for parking; the hotel is connected to the entertainment complex via a pedestrian skybridge, allowing for an easy 5-7 minute walk.
